A personal testimonial on the benefits of cryotherapy.

I suffered for years from debilitating issues, including chronic neck and joint pain, along with insomnia, brain fog and fatigue. As someone who had loved her job as a firefighter, K9 handler/trainer and who loved horseback riding and playing pretty much any sport, I felt that my life had been stolen from me. However, one day I discovered cryotherapy and a health & personal wellness program designed to take my life and youthfulness back.

I was so grateful and happy to be able to make such a significant reduction in pain and improvement in my quality of life that I wanted to share it with others and make it more accessible to residents in the Michiana area. The cumbersome task of traveling all around Elkhart, Mishawaka & South Bend to meet with various doctors for appointments got me thinking there must be another way to get well. With that in mind (and in addition to the nasty side effects of the medications I had previously taken for treatment) I began to search for alternative and drug-free healing methods. That's when I discovered cryotherapy. I believe in cryotherapy SO much that I launched a company designed to serve others. By founding CryoEdge Elite Performance & Health, I hope that others can find the holistic healing and relief that I discovered.
